Preparation and Usage
Fill your mill before freshly grinding over your morning egg, lunchtime salad and evening eats. Essential for all occasions.
Instructions
Grind as required in a pepper mill for a fresh & aromatic flavour.
Warning: Wash hands after contact with Pepper.
Recipes
Recipe suggestion: Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar and Black Pepper. Serves 4-6. Rinse, hull and slice a large punnet of strawberries and place into a glass bowl. Sprinkle the berries with 3 tbsp of sugar and 1 1/2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and toss gently to coat. Allow the berries to macerate in the vinegar and sugar mixture for about 15 minutes. Add 4 to 5 grinds of Bart Black Pepper to the berries and toss to coat. Allow the flavours to blend for about 5 minutes more before serving with ice cream or a dollop of Cornish clotted cream.
